The LevelCon LPG tank level monitors use state-of-the-art
electronics to sense LPG level and transfer the information to a Local Monitor
or a Remote internet based Reporting Unit. The local LPG monitor
is housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure that displays levels of up to 2 tanks on an LCD
display. Low and high alarms can be set for each tank which can trigger alarms
through a dry contact relay output. These can be connected to the local PLC,
RTU or other remote monitoring equipment. A 0-5 VDC (standard) or 4-20 mA
(optional) output is also available for each channel to connect to another
device. The local monitor can operate from multiple power sources such as 120
VAC, 12-30 VDC or -48 VDC.
LevelCon also offers a remote web based monitoring unit that
can be installed directly at the tank. It reports directly to the LevelCon
website where the customer has secured access to the levels. Reporting times
and set points are user programmable and the unit is powered by an internal
sealed battery that is kept charged by the built-in solar panel.
